Deloitte supports clients in establishing standardized and scalable software delivery practices for the STACKIT platform. The service defines platform engineering and DevOps principles, CI/CD pipeline standards, repository structures, reusable templates, quality gates, security controls, and deployment patterns. Deloitte aligns platform, development, security, and operations teams to reduce tool fragmentation and create a consistent developer experience.

The approach combines target design with hands-on implementation of reference pipelines and automation assets, enabling teams to adopt standards quickly without limiting delivery flexibility. The outcome is a governed DevOps framework with reusable implementation patterns, clear ownership, and a roadmap for scaling automated delivery across applications and teams.

Deloitte combines cloud platform engineering, DevSecOps, and transformation experience to turn standards into working delivery capabilities. Clients benefit from faster releases, higher quality, improved security, reduced tool complexity, and consistent deployment practices on STACKIT.
