This page explains what the content of the STACKIT Cloud Framework is, how we handle contributions from third parties, and how to report content. Details about the operator and how to reach us are in the imprint.
Purpose of this content
The Cloud Framework and the content within it are guidance for working with the STACKIT cloud. The content is provided for information only and does not replace advice for your specific situation. Nothing shown in the Cloud Framework is a legally binding product description or advertising and none of it becomes part of any contract concluded with STACKIT for STACKIT services.
No warranty
The content provided on this website serves general information only. Although it was compiled with great care, STACKIT gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided. It can therefore not be ruled out that information shown here has become outdated, incomplete or incorrect in the meantime. Any use of the content is at the user's own risk. Any liability of STACKIT for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website or of the information presented is excluded, unless such damages are based on intent or gross negligence on the part of STACKIT. STACKIT further expressly reserves the right to change, extend or delete parts of the pages or the entire offering without separate notice, or to suspend publication temporarily or permanently.
Contributions from third parties
This website carries contributions such as assets, trails and contributor profiles which, besides STACKIT teams, were submitted by partners and external contributors. Responsibility for the content and its legality lies solely with the respective contributor. The mere publication of a contribution on this platform does not mean that STACKIT has reviewed it in detail beforehand, adopts it as its own or endorses the product or service it describes. Where a contributor is marked as an official STACKIT partner, that marking refers solely to the existing partnership at company level. No review, approval or endorsement of the specific content by STACKIT can be derived from it.
Liability for external links
Contributions from contributors published on our platform may contain links to external websites of third parties, over whose content STACKIT has no influence. For that reason STACKIT gives no warranty for such external content. The respective provider or operator of those websites is always responsible for their content, their IT security and the accuracy and legality of the information on them. As soon as STACKIT learns of infringements on a linked website, for example through the reporting route described below, STACKIT will remove such links from the contributions without delay.
Reporting unlawful content (notice and takedown)
STACKIT respects intellectual property and applicable law. Because our platform carries content from contributors that we do not monitor in detail beforehand, we depend on your help to remedy any infringement as quickly as possible. If you believe that assets, trails, profiles or other content provided on our website infringe your rights, in particular copyright or trademark rights, or otherwise breach applicable law, please tell us without delay.
So that we can examine your notice efficiently and remove unlawful content promptly, we need the exact URL and location of the content complained about, a comprehensible explanation of why you consider it unlawful, your contact details for queries and, where industrial property rights are concerned, confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. Please send your complete notice through the official STACKIT contact for authorities and DSA.
Once a sufficiently substantiated notice reaches us, we will examine the matter without delay and, where an infringement is confirmed, block or permanently remove the content concerned in line with our statutory obligations.
For editorial corrections, such as an outdated command or a broken link, the feedback function at the bottom of every page is the fastest route.
