## Company profile

meshcloud is a European platform engineering company founded in 2017. We help enterprises build
sovereign developer platforms and tame complex multi-cloud environments.

Most platform teams are stuck in Ticket-Ops – automating everything in the background while spending
their days bridging the gap to developer requests. Every new cloud, technology, or team multiplies the
complexity.

We built meshStack to enable Sovereign Platform Engineering. Its unified control plane delivers one
developer experience across clouds and technologies and lets platform teams add, compose, or remove
components without rewiring the entire platform. It's sovereignty through choice, not restraint.

We are ISO 27001 and TISAX certified. Headquartered in Frankfurt with additional operations in London, we
work with enterprises like EnBW, METRO.digital, and EDEKA IT.

## Migration-framework relevance

- **Self-service landing zones**: Application teams order projects and networks from building blocks, inside the guardrails the platform team defined once. A landing zone carries the security baseline from the first day, so no team assembles it again.
- **Freedom of choice**: One model for tenants, permissions and cost covers STACKIT next to the clouds an enterprise already runs. STACKIT can be adopted for new workloads without moving the whole estate first.
- **Regulated operation**: Ownership, policy compliance and cost allocation stay auditable after the migration waves are finished, which is what audit and reporting obligations require.
