## Workload prioritisation: where to start?

Not all workloads are equally well-suited for the first migration wave. Prioritisation follows two dimensions: migration complexity and business value.

**Quick wins first:** Workloads with high demonstration value and low migration risk deliver early proof, build confidence, and train the CCoE before critical systems are touched. Starting with the heaviest workloads risks public failure — and loses the organisational support that is essential for a successful Adoption.
