## Overview

This practical workshop optimally prepares participants for daily operations (Day 1/Day 2 operations) of applications on the central STACKIT runtimes. Participants work directly with the tools to automate deployments, manage environments, and ensure complete observability. The workshop is recommended for cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and administrators.

### Target Audience & Requirements

Cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and administrators. Solid knowledge of cloud environments and common hyperscalers is required. Prior completion of the STACKIT Cloud Engineer learning path is highly recommended.

### Learning Objectives

**Daily Operations**
- Practical application and use of the STACKIT platform, CLI, Developer API, and exemplary setup of a landing zone

**Runtime Management**
- Proficient handling of SKE (Kubernetes), Cloud Foundry, and VMs

**Infrastructure & Networks**
- Working with databases, Terraform, jump host, DNS, and load balancers based on an app deployment with STACKIT Kubernetes

**Automation**
- Implementation of CI/CD processes using STACKIT Hosted Git, CI, and Registry

**Observability**
- Establishing system monitoring for error detection and troubleshooting
